The Essentials class is a refined introduction to the principles of Pilates, offering a slower, more deliberate pace ideal for building a confident foundation. Core

Our intermediate class is perfect for those who have built a confident foundation and are ready to level up! Experience seamless transitions, deeper core activation and a more powerful approach to strength building. This is Pilates, elevated.

Signature

Crafted for the committed Pilates enthusiasts, this class is designed for those who are ready to push their boundaries with intention and precision. Expect controlled power, refined intensity and a deep focus on body mastery. Intense, explosive and powerful… you’ll feel the shakes!

FAQ's

Reformer Pilates is a form of exercise that uses a specialized piece of equipment called a reformer. It combines springs, pulleys, and resistance to provide a full-body workout that focuses on strength, flexibility, and controlled movement.

We recommend starting with our beginner-friendly classes. These sessions introduce you to the reformer equipment and basic movements in a supportive environment. Our instructors will guide you through proper form and technique.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This allows you to check in, set up your equipment, and settle in before the session begins.

You can book classes through Momence: our online booking system or through the Momence app. Simply create an account, browse available class times, and reserve your spot.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. Avoid loose clothing that might get caught in the equipment.

All of our Reformer Pilates classes are 50 minutes long. This duration allows for a comprehensive workout while ensuring you have time to warm up and cool down.

At The Pilates Club, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness to all members and to keep our class schedule running smoothly, the following cancellation policy applies to all sessions: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. In this case, your session will be refunded or re-credited to your account. Any session cancelled within 24 hours of the class start time will be charged in full. This means the session will not be refunded or re-credited, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy allows us to offer fair access to our classes and gives other members the opportunity to book available spaces.
